Effective 4 October 2026

Privacy Policy

Morning Brief SG is a private personal automation service operated for Matthew Wong. It is not a public consumer service.

Information we process

With Matthew’s explicit authorisation, the service may process Gmail messages and labels, Google Calendar calendars and events, and Notion pages, tasks and Morning Brief records. It processes only the information needed to prepare the brief and carry out the narrowly approved workflows.

How information is used

Information is used to create daily brief content, identify follow-up items, apply approved Gmail labels, create deduplicated Notion tasks or Google Calendar events from explicit instructions, create email drafts, and maintain a run receipt. The service does not automatically send or reply to email.

Where information is processed

The service is intended to run on a dedicated Tencent Cloud Singapore server. Credentials are stored on that server with restricted access. Connected services retain their own information under their respective policies.

Sharing and sale

Information is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with third parties except when necessary to use the authorised Google and Notion APIs. No information is used to train public AI models.

Control and deletion

Matthew can revoke Google access through Google Account permissions and can request removal of the service credentials and related run records by contacting the operator. Connected records in Gmail, Google Calendar and Notion remain subject to the controls of those services.
